Kinda sorta here, much going on, trying to keep head straight and friends up to speed as I try to make sense of things. I'm not unwell thank you, come inside for a visit while you're here.

Brief Bio: You've probably seen me around, usually kicking @ss, taking names, making things happen, doing stuff for charity, developing my costuming talents, assisting in unarmed combat/self-defense training seminars in the Waterloo region and otherwise enjoying life as much as possible.

The riddle of steel: Steel is strong but the flesh that wields is stronger. Yeah, I'm a huge movie buff and there can be something of merit in the teachings from Conan The Barbarian - the best being what does not kill you makes you stronger. Considering what my family and I have gone through in recent times I should theoretically be at Superman level :P Aside from enjoying the occasional movie I'm a huge (no pun intended being 6'4"/250lbs) classic rock and modern orchestra fan, my main Zune playlist has everything from ACDC to Hans Zimmer in it. I'm usually quite jovial with a huge benign mischievous streak.
