The GIJOE movie trailer shown during the superbowl



I will give props for their rendition of The Baroness and I hope they at least try to let Snake-Eyes remain somewhat non-superhuman as I'm afraid the clips depict otherwise.  Don't get me wrong I have high-hopes that this film will do well, but my hopes are tempered obviously with cautious doubt.  I love the mystery glimpse of Storm Shadow with his and Snakes' ninja clan symbol visible but it's hard to articulate what I saw elsewhere (see: patriotic slow walking/guns firing/etc) that separates this film from some other high budget drivel I've seen in years past.

Now I go back to sticking my head in my books and finish off the plethora of assignments and presentation prep for next week.
